“VERY VERY friendly staff”

I would like to take this chance to thank all the staff in the Clarion hotel for the great time myself and my family had from Sunday to Tuesday. We loved our fantastic and very clean room and the VERY VERY friendly staff I found them always very happy and always with a smile, I will pass on to friends and family are happy thoughts about your hotel, thank you very much.
Yours Sarah Louise C 16/08/12

“Good location”
Good location close to everything but away from the hustle and noise. Within walking distance to the Temple Bar area and shopping on Grafton Street. Also close to the Paddywagon tour office which offers great tours. We would definitely stay there again!

“Leisure and spa facilities”
Wanting a short last minute getaway and having chosen this hotel for its leisure and spa facilities, I was not to be disappointed. I made good use of the pool, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi whilst here and availed of the welcome special offer for a massage afterwards.

“Bright, spacious and comfortable”
My bedroom was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable with everything I needed. Nespresso maker AND kettle was a bonus, as was the fridge.

“Location was good”
Location was good overlooking the Docklands yet close enough to the city centre (10 mins walk) and bus station without the usual hustle and bustle. There are bus stops and the Luas nearby if you don't feel like walking. There are shops and cafes close to the hotel if you need to stock up or fancy eating out without travelling too far.

“The best value hotel that we stayed in”
The accommodation was absolutely fabulous and a real treat for myself and the girls.
The best value hotel that we stayed in the whole experience was great. Meet and greet at reception and restaurant was great. Only had breakfast which was lovely. Guest relations recommended a great restaurant for me. Will return.

“Friendly and efficient”
The greeting was friendly and efficient. I even asked for directions to a building I was due to attend nearby the following morning and the member of staff went on line whilst I was checking in to find where the building was and to give me directions.

“Everything was spotless”
The room was a good size with 2 easy chairs and coffee table and a balcony, again with 2 chairs. Everything was spotless.

“A good wifi connection”
I had a good wifi connection and I was on the top floor. I gather all rooms now have wifi and this is free.

“Very clean room”
Probably one of the most spacious rooms we have ever stayed in. 2 bedrooms, made a change not to share with the kids and a huge bathroom. Very clean room, towels changed, everywhere cleaned daily even the tissues were replenished daily, very welcome with mine and my partners hay fever kicking in. There were plenty of tv stations and lots of kids channels to keep my 11 and 9 yr old occupied in the short time we spent in our rooms.

“Staff lovely, friendly and very helpful”
We found the staff lovely, friendly and very helpful and happy to offer advice about the hotel and Dublin itself. The hotel also runs a bus service to and from the airport or they will call a taxi for u at a pre arranged fare, a lot cheaper than calling a cab yourself. They also held our bags for us on our last day as we had a late night flight home.
